These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Solve Revenue website and RevenueOS(the “Services”), provided by Solve Revenue(“Solve Revenue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Use of the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Free trial and subscriptions

• We offer a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will continue at the then-current price.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Current pricing is shown on our website.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, sending unlawful or unsolicited messages, infringing the rights of others, or using the Services to store or transmit malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
