These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Solve Revenue website and RevenueOS(the “Services”), provided by Solve Revenue(“Solve Revenue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Use of the Services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Free trial and subscriptions
- We offer a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will continue at the then-current price.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Current pricing is shown on our website.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, sending unlawful or unsolicited messages, infringing the rights of others, or using the Services to store or transmit malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Solve Revenue or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the Services to you.
Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solve Revenue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
